- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Products must be in resalable condition with no signs of damage, tampering, or contamination.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at support@comfmedusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Inspection & Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval, back to the original payment method.
If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Report it within 3 days of delivery.
Send photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
