What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Functional failure not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper sterilization.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.).

Damage resulting from improper cleaning, sterilization, or storage.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please:

Include a description of the issue and clear photos or video showing the defect.

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a replacement or repair will be arranged at no extra cost.
